Dried pasta is good. Fresh pasta is extraordinary. The techniques are not difficult and the result is well worth it. Press a ball of dough through two rollers to form a uniformly thin sheet for slicing into fettuccine or noodles. If you don't want to crank by hand there is an electric motor attachment available.

best pasta machine period
I bought this pasta roller to make Okinanwan Soba. The machine rolls smooth sheets of dough. Takes a batch or two to develop a routine and get a feel for the dough.

Worked perfectly!
I have only used this machine one time but it worked perfectly. The seller shipped promptly (I got this quicker than my Amazon order which was made at the same time).
