Homemade pasta
There’s no more store bought pasta in this house. This machine is simple to use after a little practice! The trick is to get the right pasta recipe.

I bought this pasta roller to make Okinanwan Soba. The machine rolls smooth sheets of dough. Takes a batch or two to develop a routine and get a feel for the dough.
